Salary: 19,000-32,000 THB
Qualification
- Male of Female, Age 23-27 year old.
- Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or related fields.Good command in English.
- Experience between 3 – 4 years
- Experience in IT Support.
- Experience with Office 365 administration.
- Experience with Windows server administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune administration.
- Experience with Palo Alto administration and configuration.
Responsibilities
- Provide level support and talking with user to determine problems (first line support).
- Participate of information and operational support systems.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Strong basic knowledge of Computer networking skills: TCP/IP.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in.
