Qualification
- Male or Female, age over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience, automotive or steel business will be advantage.
- Good personal relationship and Professional personal appearance.
- Have excellent command of English and good presentation skills.
- Good skill in Excel.
- Have a car with a driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- To Manage and lead Sales team to ensure that the teams meet or exceed overall targets.
- Design and implement business strategic plan that expands company’s customer base.
- To be responsible for reporting revenue, expenses report and forecasts and Sales statistics to management regularly.
- To build the relationship with prospective customer and maintain the good long-term relationship with existing customer.
- To develop sales team through motivation, counseling and training.
- To find new customer and business opportunity.
- Other tasks as assigned by General Manager.
