Qualification

Male or Female age 22-30 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Related experience in sales function or some experience regarding Shipping Documents or Delivery Documents will be advantage.
Good personal relationship and presentation skills
Good personality
Good English communication skill.
Good skill in Excel

Responsibility

To be responsible for checking and updating Statistics (Mainly Import Statistics) to management and sales team regularly
To handle all documentation including Import & Export (Indirect) matter and local sales in domestic Thailand.
To communicate with customers, forwarding company and any other related parties for the issues concerning delivery matter.
To check the correctness of every shipping document (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AK Form, CO and Inspection Certificate) including L/C Application.
To issue Tax Invoice, Packing List, Billing and Delivery Order to customers.
To ensure all documents are proceeded correctly and submitted to other parties on time.
To build good relationship and get requirement from customer.
To be responsible for planning customer development or finding solution as market situation.
Other tasks as assigned.
